JD Sports offers a flexible return policy allowing you to return unworn items in their original packaging within 45 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all tags are attached and you have your proof of purchase ready.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place your items in their original shoebox or apparel bag, ensuring all original tags are attached and the products are in resalable condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
